Debt Consolidation Loans For Bad Credit?

Are there any debt consolidation loans or personal loans for non-home owners with bad credit? I’m currently on a debt management payment plan but I’d really like to take out one loan to pay off all my debt at once. I havent been able to find any loans for this purpose. Thanks! http://bit.ly/joWGGR
