Have you ever used credit counseling or a debt management plan?

I’m thinking about using a credit counseling agency or debt repayment plan but I’ve heard a lot of conflicting information about them in my research. Do you have any personal experience with it? Would you recommend it? Thanks. http://bit.ly/lETkBp
