How do I consolidate all songs in my iTunes library at once?

Is it even possible? I have multiple songs I want to consolidate because I have to keep them on my desktop to make sure the mp3 file isn’t lost, but it’s taking up to much space; time to clean it up =o I Just don’t want to go through every song that needs consolidation individually [...] http://bit.ly/mSESRx
