Is there debt relief for military credit union loans?

Every debt relief company tells me they can’t help me because I have credit union loans from military specific companies. I am no longer enlisted, but it seems the only option I have is bankruptcy which, ironically, I can’t afford because of the new laws requiring upfront payment.
