Can I cancel a credit debt consolidation program with Consumer Education Services inc?

I unwittingly entered a debt consolidation program with cesi and wish to stop. I have medical reasons from Iraq and I sometimes am overly impulsive. Has anyone ever stopped participation in one of these programs? http://bit.ly/iqbxE5
