Is there anyway you can get help for a debt?

Is there any help you can get to pay off a debt on benefits? Its not a massive debt, its a gas debt which is unfortunately unpayable, but there is no other way to pay it off. Advice and answers would be great please. thanks http://bit.ly/iEYRoR
