What is the difference between dealing with a credit consolidation comp. and banckruptcy?

I am considering BK,upside down 25k,repos,credit cards….. no mortgage or complications. Can make a payment, i am 34 years old and really desire to fix my ituation. I have worked with people who have 2 bankuptcies. I make minimun wage but understand the need for excellent credit. http://bit.ly/jrIAGK
