How can I get into Credit Counseling?

I am interested to learn on how I can get into credit counseling. I would even be willing to complete classes and take a certification exam. Where do I start? I think some people are misreading my question. I do not need credit counseling. I want to be a budget/credit counselor. http://bit.ly/qDWdKu
